At Red Rooster Performance, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags intact, to qualify for a full refund.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and promotional inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will coordinate a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
